About this Event
This interactive event will be of interest to Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Community Workers, Mental Health Workers, Social Prescribers, Youth Workers, Educators and Students.
The symposium will explore Lived Experiences and Co-Production from a Practitioner-Based perspective with panel discussions between Ejiro (Black Therapists Ireland, Ravind (Talk Therapies), Mabel (AkiDwA) and Michael (HSE Mental Health Engagement and Recovery Lead).
Lunch will be provided by Aremoja Women's Group. The afternoon session will involve a World Cafe participatory session. Project WAVE students from ATU Donegal, Castlebar and Sligo campuses will discuss aspects of EDI from an Intellectual Disability perspective. Mindfulness spaces will be hosted by ATU counselling students and Project WAVE students.
