Singapore Hospice Council (SHC) presents “Voices For Hospices 2022” a special charity concert to mark the World Hospice and Palliative Care Day. Join Kit Chan and SPH radio DJs for a night of heartfelt tunes as they lend their voices to celebrate and support hospice and palliative care in Singapore. Enjoy special performances by SHC HCA Hospice and Tzu Chi Singapore and help us raise funds for quality palliative care for everyone.
