Outside the Lens invites you to Voice Out, its second annual juried youth media arts exhibition on May 3rd, 2025 from 4-7 p.m. at The Wonder Lab, a media arts hub in San Diego’s East Village.
THIS EVENT celebrates the voices and stories of young artists from San Diego.
OVER 100 ARTWORKS ranging from photography, illustration, mixed media and film will be on display.
ENJOY a panel discussion and awards ceremony.
Over next few months, Outside the Lens will invite young creatives living in San Diego, ages 8-19, to submit digital artwork expressing their unique point of view on the theme of change. The submission window begins on February 17th, visit our social media pages for more updates. The show’s title, Voice Out refers to the power of individual expression for collective impact, specifically for the next generation of CHANGEMAKERS.
The mission of Outside the Lens is to ignite confidence in young people to pursue creative pathways and drive social change through the transformative power of media arts.
