Join us in entering the Earth Day Orcas celebration weekend to the sound of indigenours flute and environmental folk music at the Emmanuel Labyrinth along the Eastsound waterfornt, home of Salish tribal grounds since time immemorial.
This evening of moving poetry by Jill McCabe Johnson features a special guest, Paul 'Chiyokten Wagner (West Saanich and Coast Salish). The poetry, flute, and storytelling spoken word will deepen our sacred connection to All Our Relations and the enternal circle of life.
Also featuring Calling the Salmon Home music written by Sharon Abreau. Paper luminaria made by the Orcas Community.
