On May 10, we will do a voice meditation on the topic of “Realization of desires”
This voice meditation will help you find harmony, transform yourself and your reality. You will begin to realize YOUR plans.
In this voice meditation, I will teach you to realize your desires in life, penetrating them with the power of your own voice... You will discover the power of two energy centers.
The heart center - the area of the emergence of your desires and aspirations and the strongest center for the realization of your desires - is the abdomen. It is through this center that all your desires materialize. And in this meditation, it will be important not only to alternately direct attention to the centers, but also to sound in them.
After the voice meditation, we will go on a sound journey with the sounds of authentic instruments that will fill the space with harmony and peace. The sounds of Tibetan bowls, gongs and other unique instruments will create an atmosphere conducive to deep relaxation and inner healing. Immersing yourself in this sound environment, you will be able to free yourself from tension, restore balance and open new horizons of self-knowledge. Each note will lead you to a state of peace and harmony, allowing your body and mind to unite in a single flow of energy.
