Explore the power of your voice – its depth & resonance in professional and personal expression. Our voice needs to be a versatile, strong and reliable instrument, a vehicle capable of underpinning us in whatever we do – speech, presentation or song and �a vital tool to communicate with friends, family, community, work colleagues etc.
During this workshop we will explore vocal toning & throat chakra pranayama practises, followed by a heart centered partner practice & group singing/chanting session & then finish with sharing afternoon tea together.
This is a safe & supportive space for Women to come together, connect & empower each other to step into their own unique creative expression & own who they are.
