In Voice Dialogue we work with the Primary Selves, separating from them, uncovering Disowned Selves and slowly beginning the process of integration. In this seminar will start to explore Disowned Selves on a personal and professional level. We will cover the following:
The framework of Voice Dialogue, the Psychology of Selves and the difference between Primary and Disowned Selves.
Working experientially with your personal material with a focus on training.
Learning and practicing facilitation skills, particularly around finding and dis identifying from Primary Selves in order to uncover and work with Disowned elements.
The workshop is designed for newcomers to Voice Dialogue, people with prior experience and training, practitioners wanting to extend their skills and individuals interested in becoming more aware of their inner world.
