What to Expect?
We will be singing, sharing inside a safe space community circle format, group singing, vocalizing doing warm ups where we might get a little weird haha, exploring new sounds allowing your voice to feel and be free, releasing heavy emotions with movement, solos (optional) and so much more!
We heal deepest when held and witnessed by the eyes of others free of any judgement. It is in this place where we finally don't feel so alone.
