About this Event
Voice and Pure Vibration with Gregory & Mae: A Sound Healing Experience is held on the 3rd Friday of each month. Gather in community for this special event as we near the full moon, a time for reflection and release; letting go of what no longer serves you. Receive healing vibrations to recalibrate your body, mind, and soul.
As Plato once said, “rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul.” Gregory & Mae layer their voices together with the pure tones of the quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, handpan & more to bathe the room in sound, creating a safe, cleansing and relaxing environment for you to come home to yourself.
As we know, we are more than just our physical bodies and sometimes our energetic selves need a “reset.” This 60-minute experience is a chance to align your energetic body to the pure, high vibrations of the crystal bowls as well as the purest of vocal harmonies... and let the rest dissipate. One may experience: physical relaxation, imagery, transcendence of time and space, positive mood, and insightfulness. Some may wish to bring an eye mask (optional). No experience is required - come as you are.

Please bring your own yoga mat to lay on as well as anything to make yourself extra comfortable such as a blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.
