VOICE ALIVE – vocal empowerment & freedom
SEPTEMBER 28 & 29 , WELLINGTON

Join Sylvia Rands for a weekend of fun and deep learning.

Your voice is your friend and guide. It aligns and strengthens your authenticity, allowing old false patterns to drop away .

If you have been silenced in the past or you feel stuck or frozen the vibration of sound in the body is a dynamic pathway for you to explore.
As you awaken your vocal potential you will find yourself opening up to new ways of relating and deepening in your relationships. It will be easier to release fear, limitation and judgement and truly step into positivity and joy.

When we stop feeling we become frozen. VIBRATION unfreezes stagnant and stuck energies through our sound and voice
and again we can enjoy a greater freedom in our lives.
"Sylvia Rands’ work is utterly transformational. I have been lucky enough to have many private sessions, as well as experiencing several workshops and Sylvia’s extraordinary gifts and talents, as well as her expertise in voice and sound work, are a rare find.
Sylvia is a truly gifted healer and highly masterful voice teacher, who has that 'something special', that I’ve never experienced before. "
Abby Mounter, Kinesiologist

" Sylvia’s in-depth knowledge of sound and the way she delivered the information resonated with us straight away. I wish I and everyone could have known these aspects of our own being, long ago. Maybe it should be part of every child's early learning years.
The sound of the universe within us, its direct link to our biological /anatomical structure and so many more layers in our emotional / psychological personalities , our deep wounds…… so much more started flowing through the portal of sounds Sylvia introduced to us.
She introduced us to new perspectives of our own voices - heard, unheard, spoken and more unspoken - and its long lasting impact on all areas of life. Deeply grateful for your sharing with us Sylvia."
