Voice Activation with Jack Dippy
Join us for a magical evening of vocal activation with Jack Dippy, where he will be sharing his journey through vibration. Learn how to unleash the power of your voice in this powerful journey of connection. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced singer, come join us to see what you can unlock deep within...
We will enter the journey with the sound of silence.. connecting to the self and looking within. If all sound comes nothing, and we are vibration, then this is where we shall begin..
Then we will move into a short breathwork journey, looking at how the breath can deepen our connection to our own voice and our sounds within. Find a moment of stillness and relaxtion, and see what it unlocks...
We will then move into an imaginational metamorphasis, where we explore some vocal play and go on an interactive journey through movement and sound. Allow yourself to let go and unlock sounds, as we journey from sillyness to sacredness.
This will lead us into a consicous practice, diving into some call and response and journeying through letting loose a little with our voices.. watch yourself soar into song before you even realise its happening...
After a short tea break, allowing the vibrations to rejuvinate and move through us, we will all come together to share some mantra and tribal song. This will be a moment to really feel the vibrations within that we have unlocked, as we delve into tribal chants and truly release our sound.
The evening will end with a nourishing homemade vegan dinner, cooked up by the wonderful Amba Bamba. This will be a beautiful moment to chat, connect, share experiences and enjoy some relaxation!
