Beautiful souls in Sofia!We gather again next Tuesday the 19th of november for the next Voice Activation & Healing Songs workshop, were we will be practicing sound meditations with our voices, exploring our instrument and warming up to sing together medicine songs and icaros. Bring your maracas, guitar or your favourite instrument and experience the healing power of our voice
What to expect from this workshop:
🌟Connect with your own sound
Through movement and vocal exercices, free your voice feeling the vibration of your own sound and observe how it affects into your physical, energetic, emotional and spiritual bodies.
🌟Express yourself freely
Embrace your voice and love it as your most precious tool to express your truth in this Earth.
🌟Learn healing songs
After the practice we will learn some medicine songs (mostly in Spanish that I will translate to English so we could go deep into the meaning of the lyrics) and we will sing them all together feeling the healing power of our voices.
