ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY AND VOCAL TONE WITH JENNIFER GENEST

Immerse yourself in this experiential, explorative and powerful vocal tone and voice activation workshop to open up to your authentic frequency. Jennifer will present anatomical related pathways to unwind the programing in the deep cellular tissues of the throat, mouth, tongue, head and jaw. You will take part in practical, tangible somatic exercises proven to open up the muscle tissues for better resonance of creating sound with your vessel. The 5 Element theory associated with the body parts will be presented, explained and applied in practice. We will dive deep together into somatic practices to unlock our full capacity of our voice, vocal chords, speech, diction for the satisfaction of release and gain improved performance for all of our use of vocal endeavors and pontential. You will feel a new sense of expression and can apply the explorative tools and tactile practices in everyday life to speak, sing, talk, present, communicate, story share, public speaking, social settings, etc. Whether you're an emerging novice performer or just curious about how to access, refine and enhance your voice at every level, this workshop is for you.
