About this Event
Spend the Spring ‘Sugar full moon’ guided into relaxation by ancient melodies and crystal soundbowls. Join Sarah Helt for an evening of Sanskrit chants, English melodies, and guided meditation set to crystal healing bowls and chimes. Sure to encourage the healing processes of the central nervous system and a good nights sleep; this workshop is for anyone looking to dust off the challenges of this Winter and start fresh this Spring.
Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.
Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
