Kristina Manpriya is a Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher and therapist. She discovered yoga in 2011 after health challenges led her to seek gentler forms of movement, and through Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, she found her way back to balance.
Her passion is to help others connect inward, recognize their own worth, and find the courage to live authentically.
With a background in bioengineering and molecular biology, she brings a holistic understanding of the body, emphasizing the balance between rest, movement, and proper nourishment for optimal well-being.
Join us for a restorative journey into vibration, breath, and inner stillness ~ a space to relax, reset, and reconnect with your natural state of wellbeing.
We start with gentle movement of the spine to support relaxation of the body and preparing to receive sounds of the universe.
