- Siham Rahmuni, CEO Quares
Quares is a property real estate player, offering specialized services in four professional disciplines: selling and leasing residential property, facilitating collaboration as the basis for tomorrow's sustainable city, asset and property management and sustainable fund investments. Before her current role as CEO, Siham served as the Finance Director of the Quares Group.
- Michel Van Geyte, CEO Nextensa
Nextensa is a listed real estate investor and developer operating in Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria, with a focus on residential real estate and offices. Next to that, Michel is also a guest lecturer at KU Leuven in the real estate studies programme.
- Alexander Van Ravels, Partner at Baltisse Real Estate Investments
Baltisse is a family-owned developer and an investor, active in the Belgian and Luxembourg real estate market, ranging from offices, logistics, retail, senior housing to mixed-use properties with residential possibilities.
Previously he was Head of Capital Markets at CBRE Belgium & Luxembourg and member of its management committee.
