Taking place during the Vizcaya Village Farmers Market on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. , this special event is free and open to the public, offering a perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun and enriching Sunday at Vizcaya. This event also celebrates the ongoing restoration of Vizcaya Village, further establishing it as a cultural hub for Miami-Dade residents and visitors.

The Vizcaya Village Café, operated by A Joy Catering , is located in the historic Superintendent’s House on the west side of the Vizcaya property, known historically as Vizcaya Village. It will feature grab-and-go meals, snacks, and beverages, all in a space designed to reflect the history and beauty of Vizcaya Village.
Event Highlights:
- A ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Daniella Levine Cava
- Hands-on urban agriculture activities for the whole family, including composting info sessions and seed-sowing activities.
Following the ceremony, attendees are welcome to explore the Vizcaya Village Farmers Market , which runs every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offering fresh produce and local goods.
