1. After receiving payment booking will be confirmed.
2. Once stall is booked & money is transferred no Refund or Cancellation or Transfer allowed.
3. If person has booked stall for three days & due to some reason not able to continue for 1 or 2 days then Vividha committee have the right to allot it to any other person for the remaining period, in such case no refund for remaining period for the original allotee/stall owner.
4. Two chairs will be provided for each stall owner.
5. Stall allotment will be decided by Vividha committee.
6. Timings of Exhibition 10.00 am to 9.00 pm
All rights to accept or reject stall are reserved by Vividha committee
