About Chef Grant MacPherson
Chef Grant MacPherson, originally from Scotland and raised in Canada, has a distinguished culinary career spanning over 40 years across five continents. He has cooked for celebrities, U.S. presidents, British prime ministers, and rock royalty.
MacPherson has helped open world-renowned restaurants and hotels, including Raffles Hotel Singapore, Bellagio Las Vegas, Wynn Resorts, Four Seasons London, Ritz Carlton Big Island, and Sandy Lane Hotel Barbados. In 1998, Steve Wynn recruited him to lead Bellagio’s culinary operations, later making him Corporate Chef for Wynn Las Vegas & Macau.
Beyond hospitality, he has collaborated with Apple, served as Global Culinarian for leading kitchen brands, and been a brand ambassador for Stella Artois, Wilde Irish Gin, and more. A Culinary Olympics gold medalist, he has authored multiple books, with Viva la Lobster coming in 2025.
Now based in Las Vegas, MacPherson continues to innovate in hospitality through his consultancy, Scotch Myst.
