IMPORTANT INFORMATION
● Name change: you have to do it online on the ticket services, please do not send an email (put the name of the old ticket owner, put the name of the new ticket owner, finish your transaction. Give the old ticket to the new owner, You will not receive a new ticket because when we will scan the old ticket, the name of the new owner will appear).
● Name change for free till 30th of May 2025
● Name change after 30th of May 2024 is €50 per person
● Refund package = till 30th of May 2025, you can ask for a refund without any reason
● After 30th of May 20245 no refund possible
