Class Menu :
Hands-on cooking class: Spaghetti. We will make the pasta from scratch and a demo the Ragu Beef sauce
We will do also Italian biscotti from scratch
Dinner on site after the class. The class is BYOB.
Your safety is our priority: 10 guests maximum per class with social distancing.1 person by workshop table unless you are from the same household (or friends if you want to be at the same table)We provide gloves, masks, hair net, and hands sanitizer. All the employees and guests are wearing masks in the kitchen. Your workshop table has a personal sanitizer bucket and sponge to sanitize your utensils and table after each cooking step.
