Elevating the experience is renowned mixologist Carlos Ruiz, a Peruvian-born cocktail master and TV personality featured on Bar Rescue. With over 40 bartending awards and a track record of designing elite bar programs across the country, Carlos brings bold, inventive flavors to every glass. As the creator of Miraflores, the world’s first Chicha Morada Liqueur, he’s redefining the cocktail scene with a tribute to his Peruvian heritage.
