Vito Dettore and Keith Graves formed Vito & Friends over 15 years ago. The band originally started from the Eddy Kesler Big Hand Band here is Santa Cruz, Illinois, where Vito grew up, was where Vito’s dad played drums with Eddy and they toured the states. Vito started playing drums when he was 5, but then turned to guitar. He is now an accomplished and well known San Lorenzo Valley blues guitarist. Vito has a powerfully and soulful voice that accompanies his electrifying guitar licks. Keith Graves has toured and played with legendary sixties musicians Jerry Miller, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Jefferson Starship and It’s A Beautiful Day. Eric Gunn, an original member of Vito & Friends has played venues from San Diego to Honolulu. Frank G. Hatfield adds his own horn section style and licks on the harmonica. Vito & Friends are always dynamic and guaranteed to be a good rockin’ blues time.
