Join me for a morning of wellbeing at the seaside! Starting with some quiet time on the beach, you will be guided through a sit spot, some gentle movement and an invitation from nature before we head into the sauna for the ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a dip in the sea to cool off, or simply rest in a deck chair and watch the waves roll in. Our morning will close with a light brunch. Taking place at Salty Sauna, Pakefield, £30 per person which includes 1 hour of sauna time.
