About this Event
Upon arriving at the studio, you will be welcomed into a peaceful space, where you can settle in on a provided yoga mat with a neck/knee pillow, blanket, and eye mask for ultimate comfort. Please dress comfortably, and if you prefer, feel free to bring your own; or extra pillows and blankets, whatever helps you relax while lying down for the hour.
Each session begins seated on your mat with a brief, simplified explanation of energy, the body, and the autonomic nervous system. Together, we’ll set an intention for the session before transitioning into deep relaxation.
You’ll then be invited to lie down, place your eye mask on, and follow a brief guided visualization to bring you fully into the present moment. As you surrender into stillness, you’ll be immersed in the vibrations of drums, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, alchemy crystal, gem, and Tibetan singing bowls. Some instruments may be played near your body to enhance the experience.
These sessions promote a theta brain wave state—the space between wakefulness and sleep—where creativity, meditation, and self-discovery flourish. You may experience colors, memories, dreams, or physical sensations as energy moves through you. The invitation is simply to observe and allow whatever arises to flow through.
At the end, you’ll gently return to full awareness, with time for reflection, sharing, or questions.
This is your time to Enlighten Up and reconnect with yourself in a deeply restorative way.
