Join and in partnership with the , for the final Vitals & Vision: Your Health | Your Legacy panel of 2025 — “Let’s Talk M.A.N. (Mental Health And Nutrition)” — a dynamic conversation on how to feed the mind and body for balance, healing, and wholeness.
Our panel of experienced professionals will unpack how mental health and nutrition shape our daily lives, especially within the Black community. From combating seasonal depression and managing stress to building healthy eating habits that boost mood and focus, this is about more than self-care — it’s about soul care.
