As a Reiki Master dealing with clients most days, I often hear that people are feeling tired, sluggish, stuck and lacking motivation. I have created a new day workshop to tackle this.
This workshop will help you reclaim it!
Join Huda & Satpal in another venture in our series of workshops to help bring peace and harmony within by balancing the mind, body and spirit.
In this workshop, you will learn the philosophy, tools, strategies that create maximum health, vitality and energy.
A Typical Schedule
Suitable for all levels. No experience required. Beginners are encouraged.
Warm up, stretch, Yoga – Chi (a gentle yoga flow followed by Tai-Chi)
Western & Yogic philosophy on what is Vitality and how to reclaim it.
Meditation and learn how to Meditate. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. Meditation results in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
Kundalini Yoga, a form of yoga to activate your Kundalini energy or Shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the at the base of your spine and when raised it gives you awakening and a real zest for life.
Chanting! Scientific studies have found that chanting can decrease stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms as well as increase positive mood, feelings of relaxation and focused attention.
Pranayama (Breath work)is the yogic practice of focusing the breath. In Sanskrit, prana means ‘vital life force’In Kundalini Yoga it is believed that quality of your breath literally defines the quality of your life.
Sound bath with Gongs, Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls. Some of the benefits of a sound bath are deep relaxation, it promotes a better nights sleep and lowers anxiety and stress.
During this interactive vibrant event you will be immersed with a gong bath and singing bowls, go into the deep ocean of your mind with Meditation, Chanting, Yoga, Tai Chi, as well as learning how to meditate, breathe and get a better understand of what is Vitality from a Western and Yogic perspective.
