This is a series through the chakras; our first gathering will be a touchstone of the seven main chakras. Each following month there is opportunity to gather again with community as we delve deeper into our understanding and connection with the chakra system one energy center at a time. This series is designed for oneness and centering with a flow through breath work, herbal tea, restorative yoga, optional reiki and thoughtful intention. Sydney Alana
Intuitive Energy Guide | Reiki Master Teacher | Yoga Instructor | Breathwork Facilitator Sydney is devoted to awakening the light within others. Through the healing arts of reiki, yoga, breathwork, crystal therapy, etc. she creates spaces where the body softens, the heart opens, and the spirit remembers its wholeness. Guided by her intuitive gifts of “the clairs”, Sydney weaves together practices that honor both the subtle and physical bodies. Her sessions and classes are designed to create space for restoration, energetic balance, and authentic connection. Sydney’s mission is to hold compassionate space where others can reconnect with their truth and return home to their inner essence- grounded, radiant, and free.

Yoga Instructor | Sacred Gardener | Herbalist Bri is passionate about guiding others back to their roots, both within themselves and in harmony with the earth. Through yoga, herbal medicine, breathwork, and intuitive energy practices, she holds space for grounding, reflection, and renewal. Deeply connected to the cycles of nature and the healing power of plants, Bri's teachings invite stillness and presence as pathways to inner balance. She encourages slowing down, reconnecting with your body's wisdom, and realigning with your natural rhythm - steady, rooted, and whole.
