About this Event
In this workshop, participants will engage with visual journaling and learn about how to implement this practice into everyday life. Participants are encouraged to bring their own journal. Other art-making supplies, light refreshments & snacks will be provided by Awakenings.
Facilitated by Annalise Castro, an Art & Trauma therapist and visual artist working in painting, ceramics, fibers, and mixed media to explore expressive modalities of storytelling.

This workshop is open to allies and advocates and survivors of sexual violence. All ages welcome, please notify us ahead of the workshop if you are under 18.
