Visual Healing Journey (formerly known as Meditation/Energetic Wellness)—new name same great session!!! This dynamic session is a beautiful blend of visual mediation and energy healing. These sessions begin with music that Sara produces herself and once everyone gets settled in the journey begins. Led by Sara’s soothing voice each session is energetically curated to those that attend. This allows each session to be a one of a kind experience and no two sessions are ever the same! Once the visual destination is reached, Sara will go around the group as guided to clear and balance the energy of the group. No prior meditation or energy healing experience required, simply come with an open heart and an open mind. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and yoga mat. You may also bring a blanket or pillow if you would like. Investment: $35 per person

Sara Schoenecker, a Green Bay Native, recognizes everyone carries a “healer” within themselves. Over her lifetime she has dealt with various forms of trauma and views everything that has happened to her as a beautiful gift that has brought forth clarity, wisdom and the most wonderful lessons. These lessons allow her the ability to hold compassionate space for many while allowing them to see the gifts they carry and their own healer within; thus allowing them to step into their own innate power. Sara has learned over the years that true harmony comes from focusing on our physical/mental/emotional AND energetic health, once all of these elements are balanced we can then walk forth with ease allowing life to flow through us. To be of service in the most magnificent way, Sara practices the following healing modalities: Pranic Healing, Shamanism, Reiki, Sound Healing, Crystal Healing, Intuitive Healing Mediumship, Meditation and Aromatherapy.
