Our keynote speaker is Stefanie Mabadi, founder of , one of the earliest practitioners to introduce human-centered methodologies into museum and cultural spaces. A deep background and 15+ years' experience in human-centered research and design-thinking methodologies from working in the digital design sector—where UX and design thinking were born—has been the bedrock of her work practice, mentorship, trainings and deliveries since 2013.
