Visitor Appreciation Night: Worlds of Ice
As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, we're thrilled to host a special by-donation evening showing of our newest planetarium show, Worlds of Ice.
Your support is the reason we can continue to bring captivating space science education to our community. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us to maintain our exhibits, develop new programs, and inspire the next generation of scientists and explorers.
Embark on a spectacular journey to the farthest reaches of our solar system, exploring the many dimensions of ice, from the Arctic's territories to a scientific complex deep under the South Pole. Immerse yourself in a kaleidoscopic igloo and emerge utterly dazzled by this icy wonderland. The show is narrated by Beatrice Deer, a beloved figure of Inuit culture, who lends her unique voice to this incredible story. This film is recommended for ages 10+.
After the show, step outside to our observatory, which is open on Wedneday and Friday evenings. Take a look through our telescopes to see distant nebulae, bright star clusters, the moon, and more!(weather permitting, of course).
- Date: Friday, October 10
- Doors Open: 8:30 PM
- Show Time: 8:45 PM - 9:30 PM
- Cost: By Donation
Come celebrate with us and see how your contribution makes a world of difference.
