Visit the Salt Marsh - Ron Sapp Egans Creek Greenway

An ecotour of the Wild Amelia Nature Festival led by Kathy Russell, Ron Sapp Egans Creek Greenway Manager for the City of Fernandina Beach, this tour will begin with a demonstration and discussion of the functions of and benefits provided by saltmarshes. A short walk along the N. Greenway trail will follow, where we will observe local saltmarsh plants and animals that define and depend upon this productive habitat. Wear sun protection, insect repellent and bring water if you wish. Note: no restroom available at this location.
