Visit Santa's Grotto Bus with Stagecoach West Scotland

Looking for something a little different to do this Christmas? Then look no further! This year, Santa and his team of elves will be visiting West Scotland aboard his very own electric Grotto Bus, bringing festive joy with a sustainable twist.

Santa will be at Ayr Bus Station on Friday 20th December between 2.30pm - 5.30pm.

Proudly partnering with the , Stagecoach is raising funds to help support the charity. We suggest a donation of £3 per family to meet Santa and receive a small gift. Collection buckets will be located at the Grotto Bus during the event.

To ensure everyone’s safety, only visitors with a visible event ticket will be granted access to the Grotto Bus. Please show consideration for others while waiting in line to make this experience enjoyable for everyone.

Upon Arrival:
When you arrive at the Grotto, please present your booking reference to one of Santa’s elves, either in printed or electronic form. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your time slot.

• Entry will not be permitted if you arrive before your designated time.
• Please note: Your designated time slot grants you access to the queue to meet Santa.
• While we aim for everyone to meet Santa within their allocated time, some waiting may be required.
• One ticket is required per household, with a maximum of 2 children per ticket.
• We cannot accommodate visitors without a pre-booked ticket.
• The bus will remain stationary throughout the visit to Santa’s Grotto.
