Newcastle Central Mosque warmly invites you to our Open Day, organised in partnership with Visit My Mosque by the Muslim Council of Britain.- Date: Sunday 5th October

This year’s theme is Our Stories, Our Neighbourhoods. We welcome everyone, of all faiths and none, to visit the mosque, meet the community, and learn more about Islam.
The day will include:
• Guided tours of the mosque
• Free refreshments
• Henna and calligraphy
• Opportunity to try on a hijab
• Exhibitions on the history of British Muslims
• Learning about the Qur’an and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
• Observing the midday prayer and listening to the Qur’an recited with translation
• Fun activities and a quiz
• Q&A session with the Imam
