We are delighted to welcome Sian from Sian’s purple therapy to group again on Monday! Here’s a bit from Sian 🙂 ‘I am Sian and I am a counsellor, hypnotherapist and EMDR trauma therapist. I will be attending the session on Monday 18th August to offer support to the members. I have a lot of experience in supporting mums with all sorts of challenges including fertility difficulties, miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, NICU experiences, traumatic births and then the pressures of raising children. I would like to do a quick talk to you all about Wellbeing and Anxiety before hand and then I will be sat in another room, so if you would like to chat about anything, you are very welcome to do this. I am pretty unshockable, so please feel free to come and have an honest chat about how things are for you right now’
