Description
This Visionary Painting Open Studio is for anyone who wants to recall, recreate, and process a visual expression of lucid dream states and alternate states of consciousness. The group will engage in meditation, followed by guided art exercises. The goal is to hold the momentum of the visionary state, to capture visions and dreams. No prior painting skills are needed.
Participants will find:
* Visionary Art examples will be displayed as a projected immersive experience.
* Meditation for centering.
* Intention setting by automatic journaling and doodling.
* Guided Intuitive re-calling of the inner imagery and expressive large scale painting with pastels and acrylics.
* Unleashed raw creativity free of judgment and anxiety in safe and methodical mentoring session.
Participants will learn the way of patient listening to the wonder of the child-like mind and the thrill of visual experimentation.
The skill they will learn is to paint without trying to judgement. Just being present in the creative act is the key.
