Join Ricki Silber and Adam Harvey on Saturday, November 30th for an opportunity to drop into a presence-focused space to let your creative life force emerge.
Whether you want to receive a Systemic Constellation about your business, create a vision board, feel into the Bigger Picture of your offerings, receive feedback from other heart-and-soul led entrepreneurs, or consider the aspects of your business that may not be serving you any longer, this space is designed to support your creative flow and our amazing community of people building a better world for us all.
Constellations reveal the hidden dynamics in the systems in our lives - a way of bringing vision to the unseed and hidden areas that can unconsciously hold us back.
This event is by application only, and will be offered on a sliding scale, donation basis of $57 - $147. This includes brief constellation exercises about your business to start the day, 1:1 Systemic Constellations with Ricki and/or Adam (you can choose both!) and a larger group constellation later in the afternoon.
Individual sessions with Adam or Ricki usually range from $225 - $400. This experience will be limited to 13 participants.
One room will be a dedicated technology / screen room - but otherwise, no phones or computers out, in the rest of the house.
We’ll have poster boards and some art supplies available for vision boards, and please bring art supplies, magazines, or other inspirational aspects for your vision board and to share with others.
Bring snacks if you would like. We’ll have some food available throughout the day.
Flow of the day:
10:45am - 11am: Arrival
11:15-11:30: Constellation exercises facilitated by Adam & Ricki
11:30-2:30pm:
- 1:1 or small group constellations with Adam and/Ricki (a 1:1 with each of us included in ticket price)
- Vision board making
- Mastermind / Feedback sessions with other entrepreneurs (10 minute feedback sessions)
- Optional 15-20 minute constellation session with Ricki or Adam, or both! These constellations are focused on a specific issue to help you level up and align you energetically with your businesses’ highest expression.
2:30-2:45pm: Break & snacks
3pm: Group constellation
You're welcome to stay around for a bit past 5pm, if you'd like.
Please bring:
- Your presence
- Ideas & challenges in upleveling your business
- A towel if you’d like to sauna
- Art & vision board supplies
- Snacks to share
- Anything else you need to care for yourself during the day (earplugs, etc)
Free-flow paces will include:
- Vision board / artistic flow
- ‘Mastermind’ room - bounce your ideas off other entrepreneurs
- Business-issue focused Systemic Constellations (included, with Adam and/or Ricki)
- Solo-flow
- Room dedicated for tech & screen use
- Books & worksheets available
- Sauna option
Limited parking (carpooling encouraged!) with a couple minute uphill walk, and some stairs to the front door. If you desire closer parking or walking is an issue, please contact us to see how we can accommodate you.

About the Facilitators:
I'm Ricki.
I have been studying the art of physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional healing since my early 20's. In 2015, I began my journey in Energy Healing through a happy accident. Having no prior exposure to the world of alternative healing, and being a student of psychology myself, I was raised to not believe in this modality. However, I saw the immediate effects of tapping into ones’ soul and how deeply transformative energy healing can be. Within two weeks of my first session, my life was changed.
I began to learn the difference between the mental loops and the intuitive soul. Mental loops as you know, go in circles and circles. While intuition will always take you to the next step, and from there the next step. I am enamored with helping people from all walks of life navigate the road to their intuitive led lives. My goal is to remind you that you are guided. Always.
These days I’m based in Colorado and travel across the world for work and trekking. I don’t have a dog yet, but I’m open to the possibility. In fact, I’m open to all possibilities.
I'm Adam.
I created Awakening Ancestry to serve as a vehicle for connecting people to the resources, love, and resilience in themselves, their soul, and their family system.
Prior to establishing my own practice (and my life taking a decidedly more spiritual journey than I anticipated) I worked as a Global Product Manager for multinational company, working in product development and commercialization for high-tech, life-saving medical devices. Prior to that, I worked in neuroscience-based marketing & advertising consulting for some of the largest consumer goods companies on the planet.
I studied Cognitive Neuroscience in my undergrad, with the question of "why do humans do what they do?" as a driving principle. I also earned a Master's of Engineering Management from CU-Boulder, and I occasionally return to guest lecture in that program.
After leaving my cushy, corporate job in a height of the uncertainty of the pandemic, I followed my soul's calling to become an end-of-life doula. I've been on staff for TRU Hospice since 2021, and have served as a private death doula with training through INELDA. I'm honored to be with people in their deepest transitions of life & death.
I trained in Family & Systemic Constellations with teachers from the US and Europe, and I facilitate mostly in-person, around home in Boulder, CO; and around the San Francisco Bay Area and in Europe from time to time.
