Notes for Appointments:
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out paperwork. Please expect that the wait time may be up to 15 minutes.
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
If your appointment date and time is not available, please email [email protected] to be added to the waitlist.
Please note, if you are booking multiple children, you will have to book an appointment for each child.
