When we pause long enough to listen beneath the noise, a deeper wisdom begins to rise. So often we search for direction by forcing plans, chasing goals, or striving to “figure it all out.” But true clarity comes not from pushing harder, but from resting into the quiet guidance of the soul.
In this restorative workshop, you’ll be invited to soften into stillness, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and vision from a place of rest and trust. Together, we’ll explore the spiral path from rest → clarity → vision, and how to let your future unfold in alignment with your deepest self.
Through a guided Yoga Nidra for Clarity & Inner Wisdom, you’ll enter a liminal space where the quiet voice of intuition can be heard. You’ll then reflect through journaling prompts before engaging in a creative expression practice: writing a letter to your Future Self. This simple yet profound exercise becomes a touchstone you can return to in the months ahead, offering encouragement, perspective, and soul-aligned guidance.

You’ll leave with:

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. All are welcome.
Facilitator: This workshop is led by Dawn Cannon, trauma-informed yoga teacher, meditation guide, retreat leader, and CEO (Chief Energy Officer) of The Creatrix. Dawn specializes in helping people reclaim rest, clarity, and soul-led vision through trauma-sensitive practices of Yoga Nidra and mindfulness.
