The Wardens and I want to invite you to join us as St Thomas leadership, to gather and reflect on how our Vision, Mission and Values (VMV) are being lived out in our ministries and leadership.Rev Stephen Lake will facilitate our meeting where he will unpack what he heard from meeting with each of us in August/September, as well as his own reflections from being the Deacon in our Midst.
This meeting will provide an opportunity to enhance all we do together, with a particular consideration as to where there are overlaps, and where there are possibilities for collaboration in our ministry areas.
Stephen will focus and reflect on our successes, priorities and future leadership together that is driven by our V,M,V by raising questions such as:
*What shows in our ministry area that we are living out our St Thomas Vision? (Shining the light and love of Jesus Christ)
*How am I helping others to live out the St Thomas Mission? (Reaching out ... to share Christ’s love and care)
*We feel God gave us four values (generosity, compassion, faithfulness, hopefulness) - how are we nurturing these in the life of St Thomas people?
I look forward to this important meeting and hope you are available to help us prepare for all that is ahead for us in 2025 and beyond.
