Quarterly Reset: Vision Board & Goal-Setting Workshop (Q1 2026)
Join us for the first of four Quarterly Reset events designed to help you reset, refocus, and realign with your goals. This first session isn’t just a vision board party — it’s a strategy session for your life. You’ll leave with a clear visual roadmap, a realistic Q1 action plan, and the tools and community support to actually follow through.
This quarter’s focus includes:
- Creating a vision board aligned with your real-life goals
- Developing practical strategies to bring your vision to life
- Planning your first quarter with intention and structure
You’ll walk away feeling inspired, intentionally connected, and equipped with new resources, accountability, and a concrete plan to make progress this year.

MATERIALS
- 22x28-inch poster boards (not foam board — bring your own if preferred)
- Glue, scissors, markers, and more
- 100+ pre-printed images to choose from
- An assortment of magazines to cut/tear up
- Access to a printer (standard paper color printing)
- Snacks & refreshments
**We reccommend printing your own photos in advance to bring if you want photo-quality printing.
SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES
12:00 PM — Arrive, get situated, gather materials, snacks & refreshments
12:30 PM — Presentation of setting intentions, goal setting strategies, worksheets, tools, and resources.
12:45 PM — Group introductions (optional sharing)
1:00pm PM — Vision board creation with guided prompts and optional conversation
(Headphones welcome if you prefer quiet focus)
1:45 PM — Group share: your vision board, Q1 goals, and resources for others.
The event venue is at the community room at the Woodland Creek Apartment complex in south Durham, NC. Feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes early. Park anywhere near the leasing office, enter through the main doors and turn left. At the end of the hall straight ahead will be the bathrooms and to the right you will see the community room.
This event is being put on by The Cultivation Co., started by Rose Martines (@onthegrowwithrose on TikTok), with the goal of cultivating a supportive, accountable community where we can collaborate, share growth, and learning. The Cultivation Co. also seeks to:
- Make financial information and knowledge accessible,
- Create the spaces for raw, intersectional, constructive, and informative conversation
- Provide practical tools, resources, and community
- Create a network of people committed to growth and radical community wellness
