Vision Boarding - A Mindful Creative Experience
Join us for an in-person session where you'll tap into your creativity and set intentions through fun and inspiring vision boarding! It's all about slowing down, getting mindful, and making a visual map of your dreams and goals. No experience needed—just bring your imagination and open heart. Let's get creative together and manifest some magic!
This vision boarding session blends mindfulness, guided reflection, and hands-on creativity. Through imagery, color, words, and intuition, you will create a personal vision board that reflects your goals, values, and emotional needs, both conscious and intuitive.
No artistic experience is needed. This experience is not about perfection or aesthetics. It is about expression, insight, and self-discovery.
What to Expect
- A gentle grounding exercise to help you arrive and settle
- Guided prompts to explore intentions, desires, and personal themes
- Time to intuitively create your vision board using images, symbols, and affirmations
- A supportive, judgment-free space for reflection and optional sharing

Facilitator
Jennifer Kleinsteuber holds a Diploma in Art Therapy from the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute. She creates safe, supportive spaces for self-exploration, emotional expression, and personal growth through creativity.
Jennifer’s approach emphasizes process over perfection and welcomes participants of all experience levels to use art as a pathway to clarity, insight, and inner alignment. She is passionate about making art therapy–inspired experiences accessible, grounding, and meaningful.
