Join us for an immersive in-person vision board workshop that combines the synergy of movement, mindfulness and creativity as you express your dreams through creating a physical manifestation of where you want your life to be.
You will have the opportunity to dive deeper into your intuition and desires as you select images and words that resonate with your soul while connecting with others in a supportive environment.
We will start with a 60 minute vinyasa inspired yoga class that moves into a guided meditation with some time to write down your thoughts after. We will then take a short break to gather our supplies and anything else needed to start creating our vision boards.
All materials provided for the vision board, but feel free to bring along anything you would like to add to your board.
Meet Angie:
Angie is a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher who believes in the transformative power of yoga to connect the body, mind, and soul. Through years of practice and study in various forms of yoga, she decided she wanted to share her passion with others by obtaining her 200 hour RYT in 2017, as well as her certifications in BUTI yoga and hot BUTI yoga. She believes in creating a welcoming space for students to explore their practice, cultivate mindfulness, and connect with their inner selves. Her classes are music driven, creative, and fun. I look forward to meeting you on your mat!
