You can get really creative, identify what it is that might be holding you back, reset and set your intentions to manifest what it is you truly want and need using meditation, and different methods of creativity
This workshop will explore how vision boards can be used and how they can influence our dreams and bring our aspirations in to reality.
You will then make your own Vision Board to take home.
A Board and various art materials to craft your board will be provided. You can also add your own images and pieces so please do bring along anything you would like to add. Images are very powerful, so if anyone who has any magazines they no longer want, it would be helpful to bring those along for people to use too.
This workshop is just £20 per person which includes a workshop workbook, individual boards, materials, a light lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
