You, like everyone, have unlimited potential; the potential to lead you and others to a life of hope, creativity, and compassion and happiness. No one else can live your life, nor could anyone create the unique and special journey that only you can live.

Our hopes and dreams can get clouded by negativity and self-doubt stemming from stories we live without even realizing it.

In the first part of this workshop, we will explore old negative habits and learn how to edit the lines that invite negativity and self-doubt.
Next, in a supportive and creative space, you will visualize and draft a new chapter where you are the champion of a hope filled life.
In the end, you will leave with a magnificent piece of art that represents your life, in which you are the hero of your own dreams.
