I have been helping people find and create their own Healthy Path through Integrative Nutrition for almost 5 years.
Iām focused on helping my clients achieve their nutrition and weight goals through Mindful Eating and incorporate all pillars of health into their daily life in order for them to find their holistic balance and a healthy lifestyle.
I also help my clients regain their confidence in themselves and reconnect with food and nutrition, explore with curiosity and no judgement their relationship with food and choices. By going back to the basics and having a structured meal plan they are able to receive the real nourishment and energy that they need.
With easy and empathetic guidance I help my clients find the motivation and focus within themselves, get passionate about their health journey, and create their own Healthy Path for Life. At the end of their programs they will leave with a variety of tools that can help them continue having a healthy life.
