* Vision board: Understand the power of visually representing your dreams and take the time to gain clarity about your life's ambitions. Take time to create your own personal vision board using magazine collage. Feel free to bring any inspirational pictures you would like to include!
* Manifestation: Discover the secrets of manifesting your dreams and feel empowered to seize control of your life. Learn how to use your vision board daily to stay focused and bring your dreams into fruition.
* Sharing circle and intention setting: Conclude the day by participating in a circle of trust, sharing your thoughts and setting intentions for the future.
You are invited to bring your favourite dish (sweet or savoury) for a shared lunch. Hot drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
