A vision board is a collage of images, words and affirmations that represent your goals, dreams and aspirations acting as a visual reminder and a tool for motivation and manifestation. We will be compiling the elements from magazine clippings onto poster board to create a tangible representation of what it is that your soul desires. There really are no rules! This is a time to playfully tap into your creativity in a light and FUN way! Malaika will guide you into a deep relaxation involving pranayama and meditation which will allow us to connect to our inner voice and dreams with clarity of heart and mind
