How the workshop works
Reflect & Set Goals: Explore key areas of your life like health, career, and relationships with guided exercises.
Create Your Vision Board: Let your imagination flow as you craft a board full of inspiring images and words, representing your 2026 goals.
Connect with Others: Meet like-minded individuals who understand your experiences and share your drive to make things happen.
Leave Inspired: Take home clarity, focus, and a beautiful vision board (we’ll even print it for you and send it post-workshop!).

What You’ll Need
- Laptop, iPad, or tablet (for digital vision boarding).
- Any magazines, clippings, or personal items you'd like to use as inspiration.
- Creativity and an open mind!
- A packed lunch (or visit the Broadway bar downstairs)

Your Coach and Facilitator:
The session will be facilitated by Kerry Malster, a neurodiversity coach with years of experience helping neurodivergent adults navigate goals and achieve clarity and success. NeuroRocket’s workshops are designed to be inclusive, creative, and supportive, making them perfect for anyone looking to set inspiring goals while connecting with like-minded individuals.

Welcome and Introduction
Info: Start the session with a warm welcome. Learn what planning and vision boarding is, why it’s a powerful tool for goal-setting, and how today’s workshop will guide you step-by-step to create your 2026 vision.

Guided Goal-Setting
Info: Dive into guided exercises to reflect on key areas of your life - health, career, relationships, and more. Gain clarity on what matters most for the year ahead.

Lunch Time
Info: We will have a table in the bar area where we can sit and eat together (food NOT included in workshop fee). We'll pre-order to save on time - vegan and gluten free options available. Alternatively, you can stay in the room and eat a packed lunch or wander the streets of Hockley.

Turn Your Ideas into a Vision Board
Info: Let your creativity flow as you turn your ideas and reflections into your own visual masterpiece. Using Canva, you’ll create a vibrant digital vision board that captures your 2026 goals, (we'll send the printed version later).

Sharing and Closing
Info: Share your vision board with others for inspiration and accountability. We’ll wrap up with encouragement and tips to keep your vision alive throughout the year.
